Technical characteristics

The diameter of its main cylinder isφ125mm(FH1500)/φ160mm(FH1600). Crystal oscillator module, large metal package electronic devices, TO-8, TO-9, TO-10 and BOX metal shell laser module and other electronic components can be sealed and welded by it.

It is a single position capacitor energy storage resistance sealing welding machine with imported special charge and discharge capacitors.

Vacuum seal welding machine can be customized.

Its welding current waveform has a wide range of regulation, workpiece with different materials and sizes can be welded by it.

The gas in the glove box can reach -40°Cnitrogen environment. Equipped with nitrogen charging system and dew point tester interface. Using nitrogen gas with a dew point below -70°C, a dew point environment of -50°Ccan be achieved.

The right auxiliary chamber (oven) has the functions of vacuum pumping, nitrogen filling, purification and automatic temperature control and heating. It adopts internally heated double heating plates, and the actual baking temperature in the auxiliary room can reach 100~140°C.

The left auxiliary chamber is a transfer chamber with purification function.
