Technical characteristics
The diameter of its main cylinder isφ125mm(FH1520)/φ160mm(FH1620). Designed for the automatic sealing and welding of large metal-encased electronic components, including TO-8, TO-9, TO-10, BOX, and crystal oscillator modules.
It is a single position capacitor energy storage resistance sealing welding machine with imported special charge and discharge capacitors.
A robotic arm seamlessly retrieves and positions the cap and base from the tray. Once welding is complete, it then places the finished product back onto the tray.
Vacuum seal welding machine and ejector can be customized.
Its welding current has a wide rang of regulation, workpiece with different materials and size can be welded by it.
The glove box is equipped with a nitrogen filling system and a dew-point tester interface, which is air-tight to obtain a low dew-point nitrogen environment. Using nitrogen gas with a dew point below -60°C, a dew point environment of -40°Ccan be achieved. Using nitrogen gas with a dew point below -70°C, a dew point environment of -50°Ccan be achieved.
The right auxiliary chamber has the functions of vacuum pumping, nitrogen filling and automatic temperature control and heating, the heating plate setting temperature can be up to 200°C.
The auxiliary chamber on the left features a nitrogen purification system, ensuring the material transfer does not alter the dew point within the glove box.
The system's controls are facilitated by a programmable controller paired with a touchscreen interface.
