Technical characteristics

The diameter of its main cylinder isφ80mm. TO-38, TO-46, TO-56 and other electronic components can be sealed and welded by it.

It is a single position capacitor energy storage resistance sealing welding machine with imported special charge and discharge capacitors.

The machine can realize automatic loading and unloading of components (400 pieces for two plates)(FH1320). It can be upgraded to FH1323 type which can realize continuous sealing without stopping the main engine: automatic loading and unloading of components (1000 pieces in five coils).

FH1360 is the model equipped with communication interface, which can realize the storage and upload of production data.

The glove box is equipped with a nitrogen filling system and a dew-point tester interface, which is air-tight to obtain a low dew-point nitrogen environment (using nitrogen with a dew-point below -70°C can achieve a dew-point of -40°C). The workpiece transfer sub-chamber is equipped with a nitrogen filling channel with controllable flow, which does not affect the dew point of the glove box during use.

The sub-chamber of this machine is vacuum baking sub-chamber, the heating plate setting temperature can be up to 180°C. The vacuum degree of baking can be kept in the range of 20 ~ 50Pa by the way of heating inside the double heating plate.
