Technical characteristics

Tailored for the encapsulation of crystals, surface acoustic wave devices, optical components, power units, sensors, and MEMS devices ranging in size from 2~150mm.

This machinery integrates pre-welding with parallel welding, offering a complete automatic transition from pre-welding stages to parallel seam welding.

Welding configurations: Square and circular.

Materials suitable for welding: kovar, metallized ceramics, stainless steel, among others.

Options for cover plate provisioning: Standard tray, optional spring clip, or vibrating plate.

Capable of storing parameters specific to various components, facilitating a one-touch transition.

It features a self-diagnostic fault detection and emergency shutdown mechanism, promptly displaying error messages upon detection.

The machine's glove box houses a vacuum baking auxiliary chamber. With a peak temperature capability of 200°C, it ensures a temperature control precision±1°C, a board temperature consistency≤ ±3°C, and maintains a baking vacuum between 20 to 50Pa.
