Technical characteristics

Suitable for sealing and welding of 2.0×1.6~13.3×6.5mm electronic components.

It can store related parameters of different components and realize one-key switching.

It has fault self-diagnosis function. When a fault occurs, it will shut down, alarm and display fault information.

The glove box of this machine is equipped with vacuum baking auxiliary room. The setting temperature of the heating plate can reach 180°C, and the heating mode in the double heating plate is adopted. The baking vacuum is maintained in the range of 20 ~ 50Pa.

It is equipped with high performance composite molecular pump. The high vacuum is measured by Ionization gauge, the low vacuum is measured by resistance gauge.
